 Water, WHEAT flour, Salt, modified tapioca starch, WHEAT GLUTEN, acidity regulator - lactic acid, stabiliser - sodium alginate

 Directions:

 DIRECTIONS FOR USE. After cooking your stir fry ingredients, add noodles and stir fry for a further 1-2 minutes. Ensure hot before serving. Microwave - From Ambient - To Microwave (based on 850 watt microwave). Remove outer packaging. Empty noodles from the inner pouch into a microwaveable bowl. Add approx 10ml water (1 dessertspoon). Cover and heat on full power for 1 minute. Stir with a fork to separate before serving. Microwave ovens may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly. Two or more packs will require a longer heating time.
