Why are your prices so low compared to the RRP?
We specialise in buying surplus stock, clearance lines, and bulk quantities at reduced prices, which allows us to pass on significant savings to you. It’s how we offer top brands at a fraction of their usual cost—there’s no hidden catch.
Are your short-dated items safe to consume after the ‘Best Before’ date?
Some products may have a shorter ‘Best Before’ date, which guarantees peak quality rather than safety. They’re typically still fine to consume beyond that date, though flavour or texture might gradually change. We clearly display any relevant dates, so you’ll always know what to expect.
How long does delivery take, and how much does it cost?
We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours on business days. Tracked 24 deliveries arrive in 1–2 working days and Tracked 48 in 2-3 working days. Delivery costs £6.99, or FREE if you spend £40 or more. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor its progress.
What if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?
We’re here to help. If you’re unhappy with any part of your order or something arrives damaged, contact our Customer Support team right away. We’ll do our best to quickly resolve the issue, whether that means a replacement, refund, or store credit.
How do I return an item?
If you need to return a product, please get in touch with us via email or our contact form. We accept returns for most unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. For any faulty or incorrect items, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a swift resolution.
