Bar made from formed beef, cured, dried. 100g beef bar is made from 148g beef. Ingredients: beef, sugar, iodised salt (potassium iodate), SOY sauce powder (SOY beans, maltodextrin, salt), spices, yeast extract, salt, flavouring, preservative (sodium nitrite).
